Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At KARA Bags, we strive to offer our customers premium products and a smooth shopping experience. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items as per the following policies.

1. Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days from the purchase date. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Items must include all original tags, labels, and packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your Kara Bags account.
  2. Select the product you wish to return under "My Orders".
  3. Click on "Return" and follow the instructions.

Our logistics partner will arrange for pick-up from your original delivery address where possible.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free if the product is defective or damaged. For returns due to personal reasons, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

2. Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated period:

  1. Check your bank account and contact your payment provider.
  2. If unresolved, email us at contactus@karabags.com.

3. Replacement Policy

We offer free replacement for defective or damaged items reported within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a replacement:

  • Contact our Customer Service team or initiate a return via your Kara Bags account.
  • Upon approval, a replacement will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Replacement shipping timelines may vary depending on location.

4. Non-returnable Items (Exceptions)

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Items without original packaging or in used condition.
  • Products explicitly marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable".

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch.

  • To cancel, contact us immediately at contactus@karabags.com.
  • If the order is already dispatched, refer to the Return & Refund policy for processing after receipt.
