Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within fifteen days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging. Select that product from the order section in your Kara Bags account and click on Return. Returns are typically picked up from the original delivery address.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or replacement. Please allow at least three days from the receipt of your item to process your return or replacement. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
In case you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product to begin the process of refund or replacement.

If an item is returned that does not comply with our policy, we will not approve and process the refund. We reserve the right to not return an item that does not comply with our return policy. Please contact our team to enquire about the validity of your return if you are unsure.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also, notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Replacement (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to replace it for the same item, please follow the Return Process.
Depending on your area pin code, the time it may take for your replaced product to reach you may vary.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
