Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Processing Time
    Orders are processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
    (Orders placed during public holidays or peak seasons may require additional processing time.)

  • Dispatch Days
    Our warehouse dispatches from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and regional holidays.

  • Pre-Order & Back-Order Items
    In cases where products are marked Pre-Order or Back-Order, the expected dispatch timelines will be displayed on the product page.


Shipping Charges & Methods

  • Domestic Shipping
    Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location at checkout.
    Free shipping may be offered for selected collections or during promotional periods.

  • International Shipping (Recommended to add if you're shipping globally)
    We offer reliable and insured international shipping. Charges are calculated at checkout.
    Note: Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient.


Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic Orders (India)
    5–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International Orders
    7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Note: Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary during peak sale periods, unforeseen weather conditions, or customs clearance.


Tracking & Order Updates

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking number and link to monitor its journey in real-time.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.


Address Changes

  • Changes to the shipping address are accepted before dispatch only. Kindly email us promptly for modifications.


Receiving Your Order

  • Missed Delivery Attempts
    If the delivery attempt fails, our courier will retry or leave instructions for re-delivery/pick-up.

  • Acceptance of Delivery
    Please inspect the package upon receipt. In case of visible damage, we recommend refusing delivery and contacting our support team immediately.


Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders

  • Damaged Parcels
    In case of damaged parcels, please share clear photographs and your order ID within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Lost Orders
    If your parcel is confirmed lost after courier investigation, we will process a replacement or full refund.

  • Partial Deliveries
    If your order arrives incomplete, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.


Force Majeure

  • We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, pandemics, etc.).
